Are you afraid of the computer? There’s no need to be. The Brockton Youth Council will be on hand, to help learn the basics - from the movement of the computer mouse to sending an e-mail. Tutoring sessions will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 21^st and Thursday, Feb. 23^rd, from 1-3 p.m.
